night watchman and enjoy many little anecdotes from the
Middle Ages to the present day. The tour lasts approx. 1.5 hours

For all those who would like to get to know the people behind the shopping variety and take a look behind the scenes, there is a different kind of city tour this summer. The exclusive tour takes you to 4 stores in Zell city center. There you have the unique opportunity to take a personal tour of the stores with the owners. The tour covers the past, present and future of the store and its products. And there will be answers to questions such as how the large lamp actually ended up on the shop window of Lichthaus Biller.
This city tour is combined with a snack at Weinhaus Baum – a relaxed end to the tour, which is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
You will be accompanied by a member of the board of the action group.
The meeting point is at the Allweiler pump, at the intersection of Sankt-Johannis-Straße and Schiesserstraße
City tour in the footsteps of Ratold
Bishop Ratold of Verona founded Radolfzell in 826 as a spiritual settlement. During the guided tour of the town, you will learn how it first developed into a fishing village and place of pilgrimage and finally into today’s Radolfzell.
The tour starts from the town museum in the “Alte Stadtapotheke” (old town pharmacy) and takes you through the alleyways of Radolfzell’s old town. The Cathedral of Our Lady is of course a central point of this cultural and historical tour of the town. The tour also includes the historic hospital building and the Austrian Palace.
In the summer months, the city tour takes place every Saturday at 11 am.

Discovery tour | Guided city rally through Radolfzell
On the discovery tour through Radolfzell, you will not only learn lots of interesting facts about well-known places such as the cathedral, the Kappedäschle or the pier, but you will also become active yourself and explore the town interactively. You have to find your way to the next stations with lots of puzzles. A compass or a broken map, for example, will help you. The aim of the mission: to find a well-known Radolfzell resident who is hiding in the town! The guide will also tell you something about the city at the various stops. With us, you can experience both a guided tour of Radolfzell and a city rally in one!
The tour lasts around 60 minutes and starts at the Brunnen market square. Advance reservation or booking is required.
Children under the age of 8 do not pay a participation fee. Participation in the tour is at your own risk. The tour takes place with a minimum of three participants.
